Philbeach Gardens
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has made an Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 - Section 14 (1) (A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below.
Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.
Road Closed To Vehicles For Crane Works.
Philbeach Gardens to be closed at the side of St Cuthbert’s Church, for as long as the Public Highway extends.
Short Duration Traffic Holds and the suspension of the cycle lane, are to take place from outside of number 63 to the outside of number 47
To be closed from 08.00hrs until 20.00hrs on Wednesday 6th August 2025, with a backup date of Thursday 7th August 2025.
There are no diversion routes possible for these closures Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
