East Staffordshire Borough Council
(Off-Street Parking Places) Variation Notice 2025

Notice is hereby given that East Staffordshire Borough Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with the Staffordshire County Council made an Order under Section 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to control the use of the parking places in East Staffordshire and intends not less than 21 days from the date of this Variation Notice in respect of the car parks within the Borough and the charges all contained or referred to in the Order known as the East Staffordshire Borough Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2017 (Variation) (No. 3) Order 2025.

Those car parks and changes effected by the Variation Notice are detailed in the Schedule annexed to this Notice. Article 8 (1) and (2) of the Order still apply for the requirement to obtain a parking ticket showing registration number and time of arrival. Charges for the use of all other parking places in the Borough of East Staffordshire will remain the same.

There are no changes to the other parking places in the Borough of East Staffordshire. The Order will come into force on 1st September 2025.

A copy of the Variation Notice may be examined on the Town Hall notice board and the car park notice boards at each location.
