What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (B3186, NEWTON FERRERS) ORDER 2025 TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED LIMIT
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 9/8/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 22/8/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 30 miles per hour on the length of road below.
Roads affected: B3186, NEWTON FERRERS: FROM JUNCTION WITH BARRAGE WAY IN A SOUTH WESTERLY DIRECTION FOR A DISTANCE OF 1100 METRES. The speed limits in this order will supersede any existing limits when temporary traffic signage is in place.
