Burghill, Burghill, Temporary Road Closure Due To HFS & Roundal Works

Notice of Intention

NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, intend, under its relevant powers, to make the following Order: C1095, A4103 To Burghill, Burghill, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the C1095 A4103 To Burghill, Burghill, from the junction of Crowmoor Lane, then southeastwards for approximately 500 metres. Grid Ref: 346907/245069.

The alternative route for those affected by the proposal is via the C1095 onto the C1099, onto the A480, onto the C1103, onto the C1095 and vice versa.

The said closure is required due to HFS & roundle works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 24th of August 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 6 days.
