What is happening?

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U52037 Redfern Avenue, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025
Order made: To close that part of U52037 Redfern Ave from its junction with U52037 Silverdale Ave to its junction with U52035 Prestwich Ave.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U52035 Prestwich Ave, U52038 Mortlake Ave, U52039 Hillery Rd, U52037 Silverdale Ave and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 12 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 August 2025.
