DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adrannau 1, 2 a 4 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (“y Ddeddf”) a phob pŵer galluogi arall, a'i effaith fydd: 

1. Amrywio'r Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig sydd wedi'i nodi yn Atodlen 1 

2. Cyflwyno Cyfyngiadau Aros ar hyd y ffyrdd wedi'u nodi yn Atodlen 2 

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar 6 Awst 2025 Chaiff unrhyw berson sy'n dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw ddarpariaeth a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, neu ar y sail na chydymffurfiwyd ag unrhyw un o ofynion y Ddeddf honno neu unrhyw offeryn a wnaed o dani mewn perthynas â'r Gorchymyn, wneud cais o fewn chwe wythnos i 6 Awst 2025 i'r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn 

ATODLEN 1 – Amrywiad 

1. Bydd "Gorchymyn Terfyn Pwysau, Dirymu ac Amrywio Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf (Heol yr Orsaf, Pont Heol Berw, Pontypridd, Pont Stryd Taf, Treherbert a Phont Heol yr Orsaf, Maerdy) 2008" yn cael ei amrywio drwy ddileu’r canlynol : - 

Atodlen 3 - Terfyn Pwysau Pont Heol Berw, Pontypridd – 18 Tunnell Uchafswm Pwy sau Gros) 

ATODLEN 2 - Terfyn Pwysau Gros - Uchafswm o 7.5 Tunnell 

1. Pont Heol Berw, Pontypridd 

Ni chaiff unrhyw berson ganiatáu i unrhyw gerbyd sydd dros uchafswm y terfyn pwysau gros o 7.5 tunnell fynd ar hyd Heol Berw, Pontypridd

RHONDDA CYNON TAFF COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL (BERW ROAD BRIDGE, PONTYPRIDD) (VARIATION AND 7.5 TONNE MAXIMUM GROSS WEIGHT LIMIT) ORDER 2025 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council have made an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to: 

1. Vary the Traffic Regulation Order specified in Schedule 1 

2. Introduce Waiting Restrictions on the lengths of roads specified in Schedule 2 

The Order will come into operation 6th August 2025 

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it had not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 6th August 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose 

SCHEDULE 1 - Variation

1. The “Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council (Station Road Bridge, Dinas, Berw Road Bridge, Pontypridd, Taff Street Bridge, Treherbert and Station Road Bridge, Maerdy) Weight Restrictions, Revocation and Variation Order 2008” shall be varied by the removal of the following: - Schedule 3 - Weight Limit Berw Road Bridge, Pontypridd – 18 Tonnes (MGW) 

SCHEDULE 2 – 7.5 Tonne Maximum Gross Weight Limit Restriction 

1. Berw Road Bridge, Pontypridd 
No person shall cause any vehicle exceeding the maximum gross weight of 7.5 tonnes to proceed along Bew Road, Bride, Pontypridd
