(SUTTON PARK) (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 32, 33, 34, 35, 35B, 35C, 101 and 102 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) and of all other enabling powers the effect of which will be to introduce off-street parking and the following charges for that parking within Sutton Park in the Sutton Coldfield constituency.
Monday to Sunday 9am until 6pm (seasonal opening/closing hours will be displayed on entry to Sutton Park and can be made available on request)

*Payment is only valid on the day of purchase.
The motor vehicles permitted to use the off-street parking will be Motor Cars, Motor Cycles, Invalid Carriages, Buses and Motor Vehicles constructed or adapted solely for the purpose of carrying goods, but not exceeding 3,500 kilograms unladen weight.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 29th August 2025.
