Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in Newton Abbot: 30mph Speed Limit along a specified length of Old Totnes Road; Restricted Road (30mph by virtue of street lighting) on a specified length of Old Totnes Road & road from Cemetery Lodge to Fursey Close.
