What is happening?

Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

D53570 KINGS COUGHTON LANE, KINGS COUGHTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Alcester Heath to A435.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.00hrs.
Order Commences: 4 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 4 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: A435, Roebuck Island, Alcester Heath and vice versa.
Contractor: Balfour Beatty, Tel: 03452 415 302.

MORTON BAGOT ROAD, MORTON BAGOT
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable works for relay of interim surface to permanent reinstatement.
Order Commences: 4 August 2025 for up to
18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 5 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Morton Bagot Road, Wootton Wawen Road, Henley Road, Birmingham Road, Priory Square, Alcester Road, Spernal Lane, Fork Hill and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron TM Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH FROM RIDSDALE CLOSE TO SCHOOL AVENUE, SALFORD PRIORS
Order Effect: Footpath closure to all traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install underground cables.
Order Commences: 4 August 2025 for up to 6 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Perkins Close, St Matthews Close, School Road, Ridsdale Close and vice versa.
Contractor: Doocey Civil Engineering Limited, Tel: 03331 230 439.

RIDSDALE CLOSE, SALFORD PRIORS
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works to install underground cables.
Order Commences: 4 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Perkins Close, St Matthews Close, School Road, Ridsdale Close and vice versa.
Contractor: Doocey Civil Engineering Limited, Tel: 03331 230 439.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
