What is happening?
THE NOTTINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(DEANS CROFT AREA, BRAMCOTE)
(NO STOPPING ON ENTRANCE CLEARWAYS & PROHIBITION OF WAITING) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 (5346)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council Has Made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be, in respect of roads at Bramcote in the Borough of Broxtowe: -
1. Prohibition of Waiting Mon - Fri 8am-9am and 3pm- 4pm along the following lengths of road:
Arundel Drive, Bramcote (east side)
• From a point opposite a point 10 metres south of its junction with Deans Croft in a northerly direction to a point opposite a point 10 metres north of that junction.
Deans Croft, Bramcote (both sides)
• From a point 10 metres east of its junction with Moor Lane in an easterly direction to a point 11 metres west of its junction with Arundel Drive.
2. Proposed Prohibition from Stopping Mon - Fri 8am - 4.30pm along the following lengths of road:-
Moor Lane, Bramcote (south-east side)
• From a point opposite a point 13 metres north-west of its junction with Deans Croft in a south-easterly direction for 31 metres.
• From a point opposite a point 36 metres north-west of its junction with Deans Croft in a north-westerly direction for 26 metres.

THIS ORDER WILL COME INTO FORCE ON 4th AUGUST 2025
These proposals have been introduced to restrict inconsiderate and obstructive parking outside the school and in the surrounding area.
