DYMA HYSBYSIAD bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ar ôl o leiaf 7 diwrnod o ddyddiad yr Hysbysiad yma, o dan Adran 14 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991, a fydd yn para deunaw mis ar y mwyaf.
Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn cynnal gwaith amnewid polion.
Cau Ffordd Dros Dro:
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau Heol Penycoedcae, Penycoedcae - o ben deheuol ei chyffordd â’r lôn breifat sy’n arwain at Fferm Isaf, i gyfeiriad y de am bellter sydd oddeutu 95 metr o hyd, gan ddod i ben wrth ben uchaf ei chyffordd â’r lôn breifat sy’n arwain at Fferm Coedcae Du.

Ewch ar hyd Heol Penycoedcae, Heol Gwaunmeisgyn, Ffordd Llantrisant, yr A473, Cyfnewidfa Glan-bad, yr A470, Cyfnewidfa Broadway, yr A4058, y Stryd Fawr a Ffordd Llantrisant.
Bydd mynediad ar gael i gerbydau’r gwasanaethau brys, i gerddwyr ac i eiddo.
Mae disgwyl iddi fod ar gau rhwng y dyddiadau ac amseroedd canlynol neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau: -

(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council, intends, not less than 7 days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, which will have a maximum duration of eighteen months.
The closure is necessary to facilitate pole replacement works.
Temporary Road Closure:
The effect of the Order will be to close Penycoedcae Road, Penycoedcae – from the southern extent of its junction with the private road leading to Isaf Farm, spanning in a southernly direction for a distance of approximately 95 meters, concluding at the northern extent of its junction with the private road leading to Coedcae Du Farm Farmhouse.
Alternative Route:
During this closure, an alternative route is available via Penycoedcae Road, Gwaunmiskin Road, Llantrisant Road, A473, Upper Boat Interchange, A470, Broadway Interchange, A4058, High Street and Llantrisant Road.
Access will be maintained for emergency services, pedestrians and to premises.
The closure is expected to be in operation between the following dates and times, or until such time as the works has been completed: -
• Daytime closure between 9:30am – 3:30pm on 17th August 2025
