(ALFRED ROAD ETC, HANDSWORTH) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202*
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make these Orders under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 84(1) and (2) 101 and 102 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:
1. To introduce a One-Way traffic restriction on lengths of ALFRED ROAD & WARSTONE TERRACE.
2. To introduce a 20 mph speed limit restriction on lengths of ALFRED ROAD & WARSTONE TERRACE.

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by the 21st August 2025.
