ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

GLEBE FARM ROAD, DRAYCOTE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to lay ducting in verge.
Order Commences: 4 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:

A426 LEICESTER ROAD, RUGBY
Order Effect: Road closed between Central Park Drive and Newton Manor Lane.
Reason for Order: Road marking and associated works, closed 20.00hrs-06.00hrs.
Order Commences: 18 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: A426, A5, A361, A45, (Non HGV route: Daventry Road, Coventry Road, Western Link (Symmetry Park)) M45, A45, A4071, A426 and vice versa.

CAWSTON LANE, DUNCHURCH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to connect onto water mains and install 125mm PE bypass and meter.
Order Commences: 18 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Northampton Lane, Alwyn Road, Coventry Road and vice versa.

D3496 BAWNMORE ROAD, RUGBY
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic from Longrood Road to Plantagenet Drive.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 0930-1530hrs weekdays only, excluding Bank Holiday.
Order Commences: 18 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 1 September 2025.
Access & Diversion: Bawnmore Road, A426, Northampton Lane, Alwyn Road, Longrood Road and vice versa. Access/egress to/from Overslade Lane will be via A426 Dunchurch Road only whilst works are in progress. Access/egress to/from Highgrove, Whittle Close and Bawnmore Park may be restricted
whilst works are in progress.

DRAYCOTE ROAD, DRAYCOTE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to lay approx 190 meters of duct in the verge.
Order Commences: 18 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 25 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Draycote Road, Lias Line Cycleway, Straight Mile, Main Street and vice versa.

NORTH ROAD, CLIFTON UPON DUNSMORE
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between 42 to 44.
Reason for Order: To Enable new water connection works.
Order Commences: 20 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Church Street, Main Street and vice versa.

RUGBY ROAD, BLUE BOAR, DUNCHURCH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic there will be no access to A45 however, traffic exiting the A45 will not be affected.
Reason for Order: To safely enable essential rod testing works.
Order Commences: 17 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 17 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Rugby Road, Blue Boar Flyover, Straight Mile, A445, London Road and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
