Notice is hereby given that the Portsmouth City Council proposes to make the above Order, the effect of which would be:
A) TO INTRODUCE DISABLED PERSONS’ PARKING BAYS (MINIMUM 5-METRE LENGTH) IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
Only vehicles displaying a Blue Badge or relevant permit issued by the Council may park at the above locations.

C) RELOCATION OF DISABLED PARKING BAY
The existing Disabled Parking Bay situated adjacent to the Pay and Display Bay on Southsea Terrace is proposed to be relocated to the western end of the current Pay and Display Bay. The overall length of the Disabled Bay will remain unchanged.
D) ADJUSTMENT OF PAY AND DISPLAY BAY
The existing Pay and Display Bay will be repositioned approximately 7 metres eastwards, occupying the space currently designated for the relocated Disabled Bay

Persons wishing to object to these proposals must do so by sending their representations to

or by post to Traffic Regulation Orders, Parking Team, Portsmouth City Council, Civic Offices, Portsmouth PO1 2NE, quoting ref P028 - 25 within 21 days of the date of this Notice (i.e. by 24 August 2025) stating the grounds for the objection.
