ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order under Section 14 (1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This is in accordance with section 15(8) of said Act and Regulation 7 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992 in that the following restrictions will continue to be in force:
Temporary Road Closure:
A temporary prohibition on the use of vehicular traffic on a length of highway, namely a section of the U6543 Ridge Terrace Back Lane Bedlington from the rear end of 27 Ridge Terrace for a distance of 18 metres in a south-easterly direction (“the Road”) in the County of Northumberland.
There will be no alternative route available for the duration of the Order.
This Order was requested by Northumbrian Water to excavate and carry out sewer repair works due to a collapse.
