Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn yn gwahardd cerbydau rhag defnyddio’r alai ger 2 Aquarium Street, y Rhyl, yn Sir Ddinbych.

Mae angen cau’r alai er mwyn gosod sgaffald ar gyfer gwaith rendro talcen tai gan TG Williams Builders Limited.

Bydd y ffordd yn agored i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Y llwybr a argymhellir yn ei lle yw: ar hyd yr alai o John Street i Abbey Street, Abbey Street ac Aquarium Street.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 5 Awst 2025 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu hyd nes y bydd y gwaith wedi ei gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gyntaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith bara tan tua 26 Awst 2025.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

DENBIGHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

ALLEY BY 2 AQUARIUM STREET RHYL

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council has made an Order prohibiting vehicles using the alley by 2 Aquarium Street Rhyl in the County of Denbigh.

The closure is necessary to facilitate placement of scaffold for rendering of gable end of houses by TG Williams Builders Limited.

Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The recommended alternative route is: alley from John Street to Abbey Street, Abbey Street and Aquarium Street.

The Order comes into force on 5th August 2025 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 26th August 2025.
