Mountway, Temporary Road Closure Due To Wall Repair Works

Somerset Council Parish of Taunton Temporary Closure of Mountway

Somerset Council In exercise of Its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Mountway - from the junction with The Mount, south-westwards for a total distance of 96 metres. This Order will enable Harris Bros and Collard Ltd to carry out boundary wall repairs on behalf of Clifton Diocese & St Georges Catholic School. Closure will be In force for 24hrs per day

The Order becomes effective on 31st July 2025 and will remain In force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 8th August 2025 and last until 31st August 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 24 days.
