Temporary Restriction of Vehicular Traffic Order 2025
Sutherland Lane, Westwood Lane, and Groombridge Close, Welling
Notice of Intention
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Morrison Water Services on behalf of Thames Water to install new water connection, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic on Sutherland Avenue at the junction with Westwood Lane, Welling
• Waiting restrictions and loading prohibition in Groombridge Close, Welling, from the junction with Westwood Lane to Nos 10 and 11 respectively (both sides of the carriageway)
• Cycle Lane to be suspended on Westwood Lane, Welling – southbound from the junction with Eltham Highview to the Traffic Lights on Westwood Lane, Welling.
2. The Order will come into effect on 11 August 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 9 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
Sutherland Avenue, Hook Lane, Westwood Lane
Westwood Lane, Wellington Avenue, Burnt Oak Lane, Days Lane, Blackfen Road, Westwood Lane, Hook Lane, Yorkland Avenue.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Coleman Road, Belvedere
Notice of Intention
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Morrison Water Services on behalf of Thames Water to undertake Mains Height Replacement works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic on Coleman Road, Belvedere
• Waiting restrictions and Loading restrictions in Coleman Road, Belvedere (both sides of the carriageway)
Restrictions to be removed when not required.
2. The Order will come into effect on 7 August 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 59 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
• Gilbert Road, St Augustine’s Road, Upper Abbey Road, Coleman Road, and vice versa
• Upper Abbey Road, Gertrude Road, Ambrook Road, Sheridan Road, Gilbert Road, and vice versa
Localised diversions will be signed.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Notice of Intention
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable water mains replacement by Galliford Try on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) in Colyers Lane from outside 72/74 to the junction with Erith Road, Erith.
2. The Order will come into effect on 7 August 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 128 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via:
• Erith Road, Gravel Hill, Bexley Road, London Road, Crayford High Street, Perry Street, Northend Road
• Bexley Road, Queens Road, South Road, Northend Road, Sth exit on Roundabout, Northend Road
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Notice of Intention
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable a water connection by Morrisons Water Services on behalf of Thames Water they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Prohibition of traffic (Road Closure) on Aperfield Road at the junction with Manor Road, Erith
No waiting/no loading (Parking Restrictions) as detailed in schedule one of this order
2. The Order will come into effect on 11 August 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress alternative routes will be via,
• Aperfield Road, Vale Road, Springfield Road, Manor Road
• Manor Road, 3rd exit on roundabout, Manor Road
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.
5. The restrictions described above will apply only during such times and to such extent as shall be indicated by traffic signs as prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

Notice of Making an Order
1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an Order has been made, to enable an event to take place organised by Serious Events, the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Waiting restriction in Hartslock Drive, Thamesmead on the side nearest to Southmere Park from the junction with Yarnton Way to Southmere Square, Thamesmead and from 10 to 26 Hartslock Drive, Thamesmead to allow for the provision of disabled parking
• Loading prohibition in Hartslock Drive, Thamesmead on the side nearest to Southmere Park from the junction with Yarnton Way to Southmere Square, Thamesmead and from 10 to 26 Hartslock Drive, Thamesmead to allow for the provision of disabled parking
2. The Order will come into effect on 1 August 2025 and is valid for a period of 18 months. However, the works are expected to be completed within 3 days.
3. Whilst the works are in progress, no alternative route will be required.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or traffic warden, to emergency service vehicles, or to vehicles being used in connection with the works.

1. The London Borough of Bexley, being the Traffic Authority for the above-mentioned road, in exercise of powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that, to enable Volker Highways on behalf of Trojan Energy Ltd to undertake their EV charging infrastructure works, they intend to make an Order the effects of which will be the introduction of:
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Picardy Road, Belvedere from opposite 77 to opposite 83 Picardy Road.
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Reddy Road north side opposite 2 to opposite the junction with Maynard Close, Erith
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Alexandra Road east side from 60 to the junction with Reddy Road, Erith, and on the west side from 61 to the junction with Reddy Road, Erith
• Waiting restriction and Loading prohibition on Maiden Lane, Crayford from the junction with Samas Way to the double yellow lines north of the railway crossover.
