(U41514 St Peters Crescent/U41520 Rose Avenue, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of Closure 1 — U41514 St Peters Crescent from its junction with U41513 Mayflower Rd junction with U41520 Rose Ave. Closure 2 — U41520 Rose Avenue from its junction with U41514 St Peters Cres to its junction with U41516 The Ridgeway.

Reason: Utility works by Cadent Gas.

Alternative route: U41516 The Ridgeway, U41513 Mayflower Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 20 August 2025.

(C2003 High Street, Belbroughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2003 High St from its junction with B4188 Hartle Ln to its junction with

C2035 Nash Ln. Reason: Pole replacement by MJ Quinn on behalf of Openreach.

Alternative route: B4188 High St, B4188 Hackmans Gate Ln, A450 Worcester Rd, C2135 Broome Ln,

C2165 Holy Cross Green to Broome Ln, C2165 Holy Cross Green, C2003 Belbroughton Rd, C2003 Holy Cross Ln, C2003 High St (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day. Commencing: 31 July 2025.

(B4188 Queens Hill, Belbroughton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of B4188 Queens Hill from its junction with U2026 Church Hill to its junction with C2026 Church Rd.

Reason: Sewer works by STW.

Alternative route: B4188 High St, B4188 Hartle Ln, A491 Bromsgrove Rd, A491 Stourbridge Rd, A456 Kidderminster Rd, A456 Worcester Rd, A450 Worcester Rd, B4188 Hackmans Gate Ln, B4188 Braidon Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 4 August 2025.

(C2154 Dunhampstead to Himbleton Road, Oddingley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2154 Dunhampstead to Himbleton Rd from its junction with U42213 Cottage Ln to its junction with U42210 Flash Ln.

Reason: Drainage works for flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: C2154 Dunhampstead to Himbleton Rd (part), C2077 French Ln, C2032 Shaftland Cross to Naunton Rd, C2032 Shell to Himbleton Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 20 August 2025.

(C2151 Brookhouse Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2151 Brookhouse Rd from its junction with C2159 Littleheath Ln to its junction with U21407 Muttons Ln.

Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: U21402 Mearse Ln, U21411 Twitchell Ln, B4096 Old Burcot Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 20 August 2025.

(U42008 Horsepool Lane, Hanbury) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U42008 Horsepool Ln from its junction with U42006 Astwood Ln for a distance of 260 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: U42006 Astwood Ln, B4091 Hanbury Rd, C2079 School Rd, C2148 Astwood Ln, U42008 Horsepool Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days. Commencing: 4 August 2025.

(U41546 Lyttleton Road, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U41546 Lyttleton Rd from its junction with U41400 Tagwell Rd to its junction with U41548 St. Peters Rd.

Reason: Footway construction by WCC.

Alternative route: U41548 St. Peters Rd, U41545 Corbett Ave, U41400 Tagwell Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days (24hrs). Commencing: 26 August 2025.

(U21075 Bant Mill Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U21075 Bant Mill Rd from its junction with B4184 New Rd to its junction with U21078 New Rd.

Reason: Replacement gas main by Cadent.

Alternative route: Anticlockwise diversion: B4184 New Rd, U21080 The Cots, U21072 Old Station Rd, U21075 Bant Mill Rd (part). Clockwise diversion: U21075 Bant Mill Rd (part), U21078 New Rd, U21084 Eden Hill Ln, B4184 New Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 August 2025.

U21426 Beacon Hill, Rubery) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U21426 Beacon Hill from its junction with U21411 Monument Ln to its junction with U21405 Leach Heath Ln.

Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: U21426 Beacon Hill (part), U21411 Monument Ln, B4095 Rose Hill, B4120 Lickey Rd into Birmingham, U21431 Rednal Hill Ln, U21426 Beacon Hill (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 26 August 2025.

(U21420 New Road, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U21420 New Rd from its junction with U21221 Willow Gardens for a distance of 46 metres in an easterly direction and for a distance of 25 metres in a westerly direction.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U21220 New Rd (part), U21238 Church Rd, U21323 Crabtree Ln, U21242 Willow Rd, U21420 New Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 26 August 2025.

(A38 Redditch Road, Stoke Heath) (Footway only) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of A38 Redditch Rd from its junction approaching the layby southbound on A38 Redditch Rd to Buntsford Hill/Westminster Road for a distance of 122 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Footway closure for attenuation tank Work (BREP scheme) by WCC.

Alternative route: Pedestrians to use opposite footway on A38 Redditch Rd.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 122 days (24hrs). Commencing: 1 August 2025.

(C2002 St Kenelms Road, Romsley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2002 St Kenelms Rd from its junction with U20620 The Alders

for a distance of 42 metres in a south easterly direction.

Reason: Disconnection of a highway excavation work in footway and carriageway by Severn Trent Water.

Alternative route: U20620 St Kenelms Rd (part), U20621 Dark Ln, U20622 Romsley Rd, B4551 Bromsgrove Rd, C2002 St Kenelms Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 26 August 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, Bromsgrove) (Temporary 30 Mph Speed Limit) and The Urban District of Bromsgrove The Trunk Roads (40mph Speed Limit) (No.17) Order 1966 (Variation) Order 2025

Order made: To impose a temporary 30 mph speed limit on that part of A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass from its junction with Grosvenor Gardens (NSG Ref 04702628) for a distance of 450 metres in a southerly direction and in both directions and The Urban District of Bromsgrove The Trunk Roads (40mph Speed Limit) (No.17) Order 1966 is hereby varied as required for the duration of the Order.

Reason: BREP Scheme by WCC.

Exemptions: Special Forces vehicles.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 201 days (24hrs). Commencing: 4 August 2025.

(Footpath BM-583, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close Footpath BM-583, Bromsgrove from Grid ref: 395447, 270366 to 395679, 270510.

The Order has been made due to a new gas service connection.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4091 Hanover Street, B4091 Worcester Road, U21086 Factory Lane and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 26 August 2025.

(District of Wychavon — Droitwich) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2025 (Prohibition of Waiting on Tower Hill), Droitwich

On 17 July 2025 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following side and length of road in Droitwich: —

Tower Hill, Droitwich

Both sides from its junction with Worcester Road for 112 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of road traffic contraventions

by civil enforcement officers and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes, including being used by disabled persons’ vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 7 August 2025.

The validity of the Council’s powers in making an Order or the exercise of those powers can be questioned via the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

(Footpaths HN-513 Hunnington and FK-521 Frankley, Worcestershire) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: to close Footpaths HN-513 Hunnington and FK-521 Frankley for their entire length.

The Order has been made due to a dangerous bridge.

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: along Hunnington Footpaths 523, 520, 516 & 517 and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is

proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing from 18 July 2025.
