Lovel Lane, Temporary Prohibition Of Driving Due To Gas Works

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL

(B3034 LOVEL LANE, WINKFIELD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from travelling along:

a) B3034 Lovel Lane, Winkfield in western direction from the junction of A332 Windsor Road.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by this Order will be via: A332 Windsor Road, B383 Mounts Hill, Hatchet Lane, Lovel Lane

The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while Cadent Gas complete a major gas mains replacement with the carriageway.

The proposed Order will come into operation on the 11th August 2025, and its maximum duration will be 6 months. However, it is currently planned that the road closure will be in place between 11th August – 29th August 2025.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
