Notice is hereby given that on 23rd July 2025 Cambridgeshire County Council made the above-named Orders under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended).
The effect of this Order is to revoke the disabled persons parking place located outside of 40 New Road, Ramsey.
The above Order was originally advertised under the Order title Cambridgeshire County Council (New Road, Ramsey) (Disabled Persons Parking Place) Revocation Order 202-.
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on the 31st July 2025 together with plans showing the effects of the Order and a Statement of the Reason for making the Order, may be inspected online at https://shorturl.at/cjnIO or copies requested by emailing policyandregulation@cambridgeshire.gov.uk. Any person desiring to question the validity of the above named Orders or any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with may do so by application to the High Court within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
