Temporary Closure of Two Bridges
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Two Bridges - from 33 metres south of the junction with Sheppy Road, southwards for a total distance of 115 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out permanent reinstatement works.
The Order becomes effective on 14th August 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 19th August 2025 and last until 20th August 2025 between the hours of 07:00 - 17:00 for a total of 2 days.
