Middle Touches - Temporary Closure For New Connection Works

Temporary Closure of Middle Touches
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Middle Touches - from the junction with Touches Meadow, southwards for a total distance of 51 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out new connection works.
The Order becomes effective on 14th August 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 18th August 2025 and last until 22nd August 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
