What is happening?

(BARNSLEY SOUTH EAST AREA) (TRAFFIC REGULATION CONSOLIDATION)
ORDER 2018 (AMENDMENT NO. - ) ORDER 202-
It is proposed to prohibit waiting at any time on the:
i) north west side of Bly Road, Darfield from a point 19 metres south west of the projected south western kerb line of Morrison Street for a distance of 38 metres in a north easterly direction
ii) south east side of Bly Road, Darfield from a point 16 metres south west of the south western kerb line of Morrison Road in a for a distance of 40 metres in a north easterly direction
iii) both sides of Morrison Road, Darfield from its north western junction with the south eastern kerb lune of Bly Road for a distance of 15 metres in a south easterly direction
