Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 28th July 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Pengegon. This prohibition is necessary for level crossing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 16th August 2025 to 17th August 2025.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2300 and 0800, weekends included.
Road affected - Lower Pengegon, Pengegon between the property known as Pengegon Institute and the junction of Trecarrack Road.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 12th August 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
