Otley Road, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Construction Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL OTLEY ROAD, ELDWICK TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of construction work to be executed on or near Otley Road, Eldwick has made the abovenamed Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Otley Road from a point outside the Braeside to a point outside the Dick Hudsons.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Otley Road (unaffected section), Heights Lane, Otley Road and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 4th August 2025 and remain in force until 18:00 Hours on the 6th August 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
