HYSBYSIR drwy hyn bod Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu, ar ddiwedd y cyfnod isod, prydlesu’r tir y cyfeirir ato fel y tir yn ‘The Meadows, Prestatyn, Sir Ddinbych’ ac sy’n rhan o fan agored a ddefnyddir at ddibenion hamdden gyhoeddus. Y defnydd arfaethedig ar gyfer y safle yw caeau pêl-droed ychwanegol ar gyfer Clwb Pêl-droed Chwaraeon Prestatyn.

Bydd cynllun o’r tir dan sylw yn cael ei gadw yn swyddfeydd Pennaeth y Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol, AD a Democratiaid yn Neuadd y Sir, Ffordd Wynnstay, Rhuthun, Sir Ddinbych LL15 1YN am y cyfnod a nodir isod. Gellir gwneud cais am gopi o’r cynllun trwy anfon e-bost:

LEASE OF LAND

NOTICE is hereby given that Denbighshire County Council intends after the expiry of the period below to lease the land known as land at The Meadows, Prestatyn, Denbighshire and which forms part of an open space used for the purposes of public recreation. The proposed use of the site is for additional football pitches for Prestatyn Sports Football Club.

A plan of the said land will be kept at the offices of the Head of Legal HR and Democratic Services, County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin, Denbighshire LL15 1YN for the period mentioned below. A request for a copy of the plan may be made by e-mail to:

legal.businesssupport@denbighshire.gov.uk. 

Any objections to the proposed lease must be made in writing to the Head of Legal HR and Democratic Services at the address below or may be made by e-mail to legal.businesssupport@denbighshire.gov.uk within 28 days of publication of this Notice.
