ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)
(FOOTPATH FROM STARRE CLOSE TO GRAVEL LANE, SEATON)
ORDER 2025
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 4/8/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 1/9/25. No person shall proceed on the sections of Affected Paths except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those lengths of paths. Roads affected: Footpath From Starre Close To Gravel Lane, Seaton, Junc Starre Close - Junc Gravel Lane, O/S 82A Scalwell Lane - O/S 16 Starre Close.
The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via – Gravel Lane, Footpath From Gravel Lane To Foxglove Lane, Foxglove Road, Primrose, Drovers Way, Scalwell Lane, Gravel Lane. Vice Versa. Gravel Lane, Footpath From Gravel Lane To Foxglove Lane, Foxglove Road, Primrose, Drovers Way, Starre Close, Footpath From Starre Close To Gravel Lane. Vice Versa. Footpath From Starre Close To Gravel Lane, Starre Close, Drovers Way, Scalwell Lane, Gravel Lane. Vice Versa. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable:
Replace 27.43M Of Old Metallic Gas Mains With 27.43M Of New Plastic Mains & Renew/Transfer Approx. 6 Service Pipes To Adjacent Premises.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PARKING
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council intends to make the above titled order. From 26/8/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 2/9/25. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed or wait on the sections of Affected Roads.
Roads affected: Rosemary Lane, Colyton, (From Junction With Dolphin Street To Roselands). There is no alternative route. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Parking Suspension To Allow Vehicular Access During Scaffold.
