DEDDF RHEOLEIDDI0 TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984 - ADRAN 14(2)

Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych wedi gwneud Gorchymyn sy’n gwahardd cerddwyr, er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch y cyhoedd, rhag defnyddio’r hawliau tramwy sydd i’w gweld ar y cynllun sy’n cyd-fynd â’r rhybudd hwn ar y safle.

Y rheswm dros gau yw er mwyn hwyluso gwaith tir a datblygu’r safle, i ddarparu 40 o anheddau sy’n gysylltiedig â chais cynllunio 18/2021/1260.

Bydd arwyddion yn dangos llwybrau teithio amgen wedi’u gosod ar y safle.

Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar 1 Awst 2025 am gyfnod o chwe mis, er y rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith yn cymryd mwy na 6 mis i’w gwblhau, gan y bydd angen ymestyn y Gorchymyn am oddeutu deuddeg mis fel bod modd i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau.

Dyddiedig: 30 Gorffennaf 2025.
