NOTICE OF INTENTION
WELWYN HATFIELD BOROUGH COUNCIL
The Borough Of Welwyn Hatfield (Control Of Parking) (Consolidation) Order 2021 And Various Orders (Amendment) Order No. 2, 202x
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The amendment Traffic Regulation Orders in relating to Welwyn Hatfield Borough on-street permit zones as specified in the Schedules to this Notice.
Full details of the proposals may be viewed at https://www.welhat.gov.uk/parking-consultations, or upon appointment during reception opening hours at Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL8 6AE between Wednesday 30th July 2025. A copy of the documents can also be sent via post during this period upon request.

Objections to the proposals should be made in writing (including objector's name and address) via post to Geoff Sampson, Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL8 6AE or by email at parkingservices@welhat.gov.uk by Thursday 21st August 2025 stating the grounds on which they are made.
