Notice of Temporary Traffic Order
Milcombe, Footpath Number 298/10/10
Date of Order: 3 February 2025
Came into force: 13 February 2025

This Order was introduced because of a damaged footbridge requiring repair – not safe for public use. A timescale for repair is yet to be established due to challenging financial prioritising for this and other types of off-road work.

Exemptions are included for emergency services, for the Works and for pedestrian access to property which is only accessible from the closed section of footpath. There is no off-road alternative route. Appropriate signs will be displayed to indicate when the measures are in force.

This order, with the consent of the Secretary of State for Transport will remain in force until 30 August 2026 or until the works are completed whichever is the sooner. (Ref: T15198/AC)
