What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE
UNNAMED FOOTPATH FROM BOSWORTH WAY TO FOSBROOKE DRIVE, LONG EATON

WHEN: 06 August to 03 September 2025
WHERE: Unnamed Footpath from Bosworth Way to Fosbrooke Drive, Long Eaton between Fosbrooke Drive and Bosworth Way.
REASON: To facilitate electricity reinforcement scheme 
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Bosworth Way, Unnamed Footpath from Bakewell Road to Bosworth Way, Bakewell Road, Unnamed Footpath from Bakewell Road to Fosbrooke Drive and vice versa.

Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190.
