What is happening?
LEVER EDGE LANE
TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14
The Council intends to make an order, operative from 18 August 2025 for 2 weeks approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Lever Edge Lane from Higher Swan Lane to Morris Green Lane to allow resurfacing works to take place. Alternative route is via Rishton Lane, Grecian Cres, Lever St, High St, Derby St, St Helens Rd, Morris Green Ln. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
