PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.45 (PART)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by Derbyshire County Council on 30 January 2025 under Section 14 of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) the effect of which was to close Public Footpath No.45 behind the houses on Shuttlewood Road for approx. 125m, has been further continued.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: From the southern end of the closure off Shuttlewood Road follow the west edge of the field then the northern field boundary to meet the open footpath. vice versa from the north.
The public footpath will be closed until 3 February 2026 or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner, to allow for public safety during archaeological investigations and earthworks.
