What is happening?

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING (WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT No. 67) ORDER 2025

THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT No. 66) ORDER 2025

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24th July 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Havering did make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

  2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-

PTO1213

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions

i) On the junction of Naverne Gardens and Charlotte Gardens

ii) On Dunedin Road, Rainham opposite no. 57 extending to opposite no. 33

iii) On the junction of Dunedin Road, Rainham with Gisborne Gardens

b) Extension of the no waiting at any time restrictions

i) On Honiton Road outside no. 2

ii) On Park Lane from its junction with Bush Elms Road outside no. 121 to outside no. 125 and opposite nos. 117 to no. 129

c) Extend the existing no waiting at any time restrictions on New Road outside New Green Development removing part of the existing parking bays. Remove part of the no loading at any time restrictions outside New Green Development

a) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay outside no. 22 Wednesbury Road

PTO1188

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions outside nos. 7/9/11 Burwood Gardens

b) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on Penzance Gardens in the turning head

  1. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 25th July 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be obtained by emailing schemes@havering.gov.uk, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made. Further information may be obtained by contacting Schemes at schemes@havering.gov.uk.

  2. If any person wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders, or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
