What is happening?

LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING 

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO BIRBECK AVENUE, UB6. 

The Ealing (Greenford Station) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2004) (Amendment No. **) Order 202; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. **) Order 202. 

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 

2. The general effect of the proposed Orders would be to, on Birbeck Avenue, UB6 the north-east side, opposite No. 122 Birbeck Avenue, convert a length of permit holder parking place to single yellow line, to facilitate the implementation of a vehicle cross-over. 

3. The proposed Orders, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made, or the Council decides not to make the Order. 

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Order should be sent in writing by e-mail to 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P059-25 until the 20 August 2025. 

All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
