NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
S.257 AND PARAGRAPH 7 OF SCHEDULE 14

MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 550 (PART) LOWER BROADHEATH) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025
On 8th July 2025 Malvern Hills District Council confirmed the above order. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert that length and the whole width of public footpath no. 550, Lower Broadheath, running from point A, Ordnance Survey “OS” grid reference SO 82536 56005, in a north-easterly direction for 330 metres to point B, OS grid reference SO 82628 56322, to a length of public footpath at a width of two metres running from point G, OS grid reference SO 82606, 56328, a point on the B4204 highway, in a southerly, then west-north-westerly turning south-westerly for 45 meters to point F, OS grid reference SO 82570, 56327, then continuing at a width of two metres in a west-north-westerly direction for 44 metres to point E1, OS grid reference SO 82529, 56344, then continuing at a width of two metres in a west-north-westerly turning south-westerly direction for 47 meters to point E, OS grid reference SO 82484, 56344, then continuing at a width of two meters in a generally south westerly turning southerly direction for 198 metres to point D, OS grid reference SO 82441, 56155, and continuing at a width of two meters in a south-south-easterly direction for 181 metres to point C, OS grid reference SO 82539, 56100 and continuing at a width of two metres, in a south-south-easterly direction for 28 metres to point A, OS grid reference SO 82536, 56005, a point on footpath No. 550, as shown on the Order map.

This order comes into force on the date on which Malvern Hills District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under s.287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Act.
