HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:

1. Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 4ydd Awst 2025 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelwyd bod y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau ar 4ydd Awst 2025, gan weithredu rhwng 08:00 – 17:00.

2. Roedd angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn i MJ Quinn wneud gwaith Polio mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Cedwir mynediad rhesymol ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.

3. Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau dros dro rhan o’r R102 Oak Ridge i Lanbadog, Llanbadog, Sir Fynwy, o’r gyffordd â Heol yr R106 o Nant Dowlais i Ystad Fasnachu Woodside am ~310m.

4. Roedd llwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn: Heol R106 o Nant Dowlais i Ystad Fasnachu Woodside, Gwesty Cwrt Bleddyn R106 i Nant Dowlais, Heol y Parc, Heol y Parc R102 i Oak Ridge ac i’r gwrthwyneb.

5. Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro R102 Oak Ridge i Lanbadog, Llanbadog, Sir Fynwy 2025.

6. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

SECTION 14 - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(R102 OAK RIDGE TO LLANBADOC, LLANBADOC, MONMOUTHSHIRE) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Has made an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

1. The Order came into operation on the 4th August 2025 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed on the 4th August 2025, operating between 08:00 – 17:00.

2. The order was necessary for MJ Quinn Poling works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.

3. The effect of the order was to temporarily close a section of R102 Oak Ridge to Llanbadoc, Llanbadoc, Monmouthshire, from its junction with R106 Road from Dowlais Brook to Woodside Trading Estate for ~310m.

4. A signed diversionary route was in place as follows:- R106 Road from Dowlais Brook to Woodside Trading Estate, R106 Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel to Dowlais Brook, Parc Road, R102 Parc Road to Oak Ridge and vice versa.

5. This order may be cited as the R102 Oak Ridge to Llanbadoc, Llanbadoc, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025

6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
