GORCHMYNION TRAFFIG NEWYDD AR GYFER DINAS A SIR CAERDYDD 

Rhoddir hysbysiad drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan adrannau o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), (“Deddf 1984”), a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill ac ar ôl ymgynghori â Phrif Swyddog Heddlu De Cymru yn unol â Rhan III o Atodlen 9 i Ddeddf 1984, yn cynnig diwygio Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau ar Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) 2024 (Cydgrynhoi), i sefydlu Mannau Parcio i Bobl Anabl ar y rhannau o ffordd a nodir yn Atodlen 1, dirymu’r Mannau Parcio i Bobl Anabl ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn Atodlen 2 a sefydlu a dirymu’r Mannau Parcio i Bobl Anabl ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn Atodlen 3.

Mae copïau o’r gorchmynion a’r cynlluniau drafft yn dangos lleoliad a natur y cyfyngiadau ar gael drwy e-bostio cais i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk neu drwy wneud cais ysgrifenedig i’r cyfeiriad isod.

Rhaid cyflwyno unrhyw wrthwynebiad a sylwadau eraill a allai fod gennych i’r cynigion i mi yn ysgrifenedig, neu dros e-bost i cwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk ar neu erbyn hanner nos ar 15 Awst 2025 a rhaid nodi eich rhesymau dros wrthwynebu. Gellir datgelu gohebiaeth fel sy’n ofynnol gan Ddeddf Rhyddid Gwybodaeth 2000.

NEW TRAFFIC ORDERS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF 
Notice is hereby given that The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer, South Wales Police, in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the 1984 Act, proposes to amend The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024, and establish Disabled Persons’ Parking Places in the lengths of road specified in Schedule 1, revoke Disabled Persons’ Parking Places in the lengths of road specified in Schedule 2 and establish and revoke Disabled Persons’ Parking Places in the length of road specified in Schedule 3.

Copies of the draft orders and plans showing the location and extent of the restrictions are available and you can obtain copies by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

Any objections and other representations you may have to any of the proposals must be submitted to me in writing, or via email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk on or before midnight on the 15th August 2025 and must contain the grounds on which you object. Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. (AMENDMENT NO.115) - De Burgh Place on its north east side from a point 65 metres north west of its junction with Neville Place for a distance of 6.6 metres north west (within the existing residents parking bay) 
(AMENDMENT NO.120) – Eyre Street on its north east side from a point 71 metres south east of its junction with Railway Street for a distance of 6.6 metres south east 
(AMENDMENT NO.122) – Ethel Street on its north side, from a point 162 metres east of its junction with Victoria Park Road East, for a distance of 6.6 metres east (AMENDMENT NO.125) – Roath Court Place on its north west side from a point 30 metres north east of its junction with Roath Court Road, for a distance of 6.6 metres north east 
(AMENDMENT NO.126) – Newport Road on its south east side from a point 2.5 metres north east of the unnamed access road between 716 and 718 Newport Road for a distance of 6.6 metres north east

SCHEDULE 2 
AMENDMENT NO.124) ORDER 2025 – 
a) in the vicinity of 7 Ferndale Street and reinstate residents parking (between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00pm daily) and 
b) in the vicinity of 25 Ferndale Street

SCHEDULE 3 
(AMENDMENT NO.123) – a) revoke the Disabled Persons’ Parking Place in the vicinity of 64 Stockland Street and 
b) establish a Disabled Persons’ Parking Place in Stockland Street on its south east side, from a point 42 metres north east of its junction with Paget Street, for a distance of 6.6 metres north east
