(Amendment No. 44) Traffic Order 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 23rd July 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Harrow made the above-mentioned Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49,124 and Parts I to IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.

2. The general effect of the Order is to introduce “At Any Time” Waiting Restrictions and paid for parking along parts of Hailsham Drive. To increase the operational hours of paid for parking on a section of Headstone Drive and to introduce “shared use” parking bays on 2 existing locations within Zone E1 (currently residents only parking) on Roxborough Park.

3. A copy of the Order, (ref. 24-22) which will come into operation on 1st August 2025, a map of the relevant area and of relevant previous Orders can be inspected until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made at Greenhill Library, Perceval Square, College Road, Harrow, HA1 1GX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Sunday, excluding Bank Holidays, until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which these Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
