What is happening?
Stover Country Park Car Park, Newton Abbot
Devon County Council made Devon County Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Amendment Order 2025 on 24 July to come into force 11 August to amend plan 1K to update the area of Stover Country Park Car Park, Newton Abbot due to a new layout following improvement works. Order & related documents may be seen at devon.cc/tro.
Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
