C97B – TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C97B from Backhill of Kinnadie to Old Mill Stuartfield – 04.08.25) (Temporary Closure to Vehicular Traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 04.08.25 for 8 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C97B from Backhill of Kinnadie to Old Mill, Stuartfield.
Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety due to duct works. An alternative route is available via the C97B, A948, B9030, C97B and vice versa.
