Leominster Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Drainage Works

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U72423, Leominster Road Service Road, Holmer, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U72423, Leominster Road Service Road, Holmer, from the north side of the church access to White Gates. Grid Ref: 350570/242395.

There is no alternate route for those affected by this proposal.

The said closure is required due to private drainage connection works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 7th of August 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 4 weeks.
