The Borough of Warrington (Sankey Street Public Realm & Adjacent Streets)
(Various Restrictions) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an order under Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of which will be as follows: -
1. The Orders specified in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice are amended or revoked to the extent as detailed in Column 2 of the said Schedule.
2. To prohibit any Motor Vehicle entering Hilden Sq from Sankey St (Pedal Cycles will be permitted).
3. To prohibit any Motor Vehicle from entering Sankey St from a point approx. 8m east of its jct. with Legh St, except for buses & taxis. Loading/unloading will be permitted between 4pm & 10am (Pedal Cycles will be permitted).
4. To prohibit any Motor Vehicle from entering Bold St from its jct. with Sankey St to a point extended from the gable end of property number 10 Bold St, except for buses & taxis. Loading/unloading will be permitted between 4pm & 10am (Pedal Cycles will be permitted).

Notice is hereby given
that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows: -1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2025, is hereby further varied or amended as follows: –
(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the deletion of: No waiting at any time: Bold St (East Side) – Between its jct. with Sankey St & a point 8.5 metres south of its jct. with Egypt St;
Bold St (West Side) – From its jct. with Sankey St for a distance of 28m in a southerly direction; Bold St (West Side) – From its jct. with Palmyra Sq Nth to a point 43m south of its jct. with Sankey St; Regent St (South Side) – From its jct. with Legh St for a distance of 22.8m in an easterly direction; Regent St (South Side) – From a point 36m east of its jct. with Legh St for a distance of 8.5m in an easterly direction; Sankey St (North Side) – From a point 14.1m west of its jct. with Town Hall West Drive to a point 13.7m east of its jct. with Springfield St; Sankey St (North Side) – Between a point 13.7m east of its jct. with Springfield St & a point 4.5m east of its jct. with Garven Pl; Sankey St (North Side) – Between a point 5.4m west of its jct. with Legh St & a point 14.8m east of its jct. with Legh St; Sankey St (North Side) – From its jct. with Bold St for a distance of 16.3m in a westerly direction; Sankey St (South Side) – From a point 62.8m east of its jct. with Springfield St to its jct. with Bold St; Sankey St (South Side) – From its jct. with Parker St to a point 13.7m east of its jct. with Springfield St; Sankey St (South Side) – From its jct. with Springfield St to a point approx. 39.5m in an easterly direction.
