What is happening?
Devon County Council (North Devon HATOC) (Traffic Regulation) Amendment Order 2025
Devon County Council made this on 16 July to come into force 13 August for: BARNSTAPLE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Abbey Road, Access to 1 to 43 Heppenstall Road, Bear Street, Gorwell Road, Littabourne, Northfield Lane, Raleigh Meadow, St Georges Road, Tuly Street & Victoria Road; No Loading At Any Time on specified lengths of Bear Street, Bull Court & Tuly Street; School Clearway on specified lengths of Abbey Road; BRAUNTON: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Church Street & Severn Acre Lane; CROYDE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Cott Lane & Pathfields; FREMINGTON: No Waiting At Any Time on reduced lengths (from what was advertised) of Old School Lane; STICKLEPATH: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Bickington Road; WOOLACOMBE: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Arlington Place. Where appropriate there are the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/ unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles. If you wish to question the validity of the order or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
