St Owen Street, Temporary Parking Restriction Due To Development Works
What is happening?
Notice of Making
NOTICE Is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U80010 St Owen Street, Hereford, Temporary Parking Restriction Order to temporarily prohibit vehicles parking in the bays outside 1-4 Stirling Court.
The said restriction is required due to establishing a compound during development
works. The said restriction will come into force on the 4th August 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 18 months.
