What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 

THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (A379 ELBURTON ROAD, PLYMOUTH) ORDER 2025 TEMPORARY 30MPH SPEED LIMIT 

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 26/7/25 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 10/7/26. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 30 miles per hour on the sections of Affected Roads when temporary traffic signing is in place. Roads affected: A379 ELBURTON ROAD, PLYMOUTH. 

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: NEW ROAD LAYOUT ON THE APPROACHES TO BRIXTON ROAD STATION BRIDGE. For additional information contact: MARINE & CIVIL SOLUTION LTD. Telephone: 07792 952308
