NOTICE OF MAKING COTSWOLD DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2018 VARIATION NO.1 ORDER OF 2025

Notice is hereby given that on 24 July 2025 Cotswold District Council made the above Order under section 32, 35, 35C and Schedule 9 (Part IV) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the _ocal Authorities' Traffic Orders (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police. Cotswold District Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2016 Variation No. 1 Order of 2025

The effect of the Order will be to further vary the Cotswold District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Order 2018 as follows: -To update the plans attached to the Order by substitution with reviewed and updated plans of each Parking Place in the District. The order will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
