TEMPORARY ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (AS AMENDED)
Notice is hereby given that the City Council has made the following Temporary Road Traffic Order(s):
ORDER NO. MCC144577833: The City of Manchester (Beech Mount, Baywood Street, Harpurhey Ward) (Temporary Prohibition of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2025 under s14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is to prohibit vehicular traffic on Beech Mount From Rochdale Road to its-cul-sac -end.& Baywood Street From Rochdale road to Cypress Street. The alternative routes for traffic will be: Orchid Street, Cypress Street. The City Council is satisfied that this prohibition is necessary in order to facilitate Utility works. It is expected that the works will be in progress from 29th July 2025 to 30th July 2025 between the hours of 22:00 and 03:00am. The order shall come into operation on 29th July 2025 and may remain in force for a maximum period of eighteen months. If all necessary works are completed within a shorter period, the Order shall cease to have effect at the end of that shorter period. Kevin Gillham.
