What is happening?



THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL

(NEWBRIDGE CRESCENT) (TEMPORARY

PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Newbridge Crescent at its junction with Tettenhall Road, at the side of property 295 Tettenhall Road.

The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 28 July 2025 until 29 July 2025, between the hours of 20:00 and 05:00.

The diversion route is: Tettenhall Road and vice versa.
The Order is required to facilitate sewer line repairs by Severn Trent Water.
